Lab overload

okay, so a little about me, i'm a crazy dog lady. well, not super super crazy, i'm just mostly really into labs. moto and i have been contemplating adopting a lab puppy as a love child. i've been telling him i want one for the longest time and he's been telling me that we would need a house of our own first. if you're anything like me, you don't want to hear anything negative, you just want what you want. so i dedicated this post to the thing i want most... a lab puppy. 

and that last picture will be our wedding picture :)

time for introductions

so, i think it's time to let y'all in on who moto is because he's a big part of my life and i'll be writing about him more and more. 


so when i started this blog, i was dating my ex, but what you don't know is that i was dating moto before him. see, we haven't always had smooth sails - actually it's been one heck of a rollercoaster, but one thing that has never changed is how much we want to make 'us' work. i'm a huge believer that if two people who have broken up still have hope that they can make it work, then they should try until they can't anymore. i'm so happy that even through everything, moto and i still have the same love for each other. 


this is by no means a fairytale love story where guy meets girl, girl falls in love, they live happily ever after. our story has a little more nooks and grooves than just that, but nonetheless... here we are, three years later and still madly in love with each other. 


i know it sounds so cliche to say that your man makes you laugh and thats why you love him, but it's true! moto is constantly making me laugh. he always has something to say about everything and that's one of the things that made me fall in love with him. he is also so easy to talk to, he makes me feel comfortable to where i can just open up completely and before i know it, i have a handful of tissue and i'm sitting on the couch pouring out my heart to him. 


i have always told myself that i would be so lucky to end up with my best friend, but the truth is, i'm luckier to have found moto and, throughout our relationship, find a best friend in him. sorry for sounding so cheesy.

So I was listening to it and it brought an instant smile to my face. Seriously, maybe 5 min later he calls me back and all I can hear when I answer is him singing this song to me at the top of his lungs (he sang it beautifully, by the way)! 


This made my night, hands down.
